Cancellation:
So long as your order is not in Shipped or Delivered status, you may be able to cancel the entire order online. To cancel an order or item, please contact us by email at
support_scaas@unilog.company, state the order number, and describe the reason for cancellation.
Once you’ve submitted your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. We will refund the charged amount upon order cancellation. It may take 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Delivery terms:
The delivery will be done via courier. The delivery time is approximately 10 business days. The time depends on the country ordered in.
Import Fees, Duties and Taxes
The orders are processed under the DAP conditions. Import fees as well as duties and taxes may occur upon importation to your country. Please consult with your local customs office for more information. The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer (buyer) and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped. By cancellation or return of shipped or delivered order, the import fees, duties and taxes will not be reimbursed.
